Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 to the US and Canada. For orders below $50, we charge a flat rate of $5.99 for standard shipping and $9.99 for express shipping. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days.

We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

We use reliable and reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver your orders. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order status on our website or on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations other than the US and Canada. We also reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that we deem fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of our terms and conditions.

Damages and Lost Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your order is lost or missing, please contact us at support@flipsail.com with your order number and tracking number. We will investigate the issue and try our best to resolve it as soon as possible.
