How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@flipsail.com or call us at 1-800-000-000 and provide your order number, name, email address, and reason for return or exchange.
  • We will send you a confirmation email with a return authorization number (RAN) and a prepaid shipping label.
  • Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
  • Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
  • Once we receive your package, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Refund Conditions and Exceptions

Please note that the following conditions and exceptions apply to our refund policy:

  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized, customized, or final sale items, unless they are defective or damaged.
  • We do not refund the original shipping and handling fees, unless we made an error in your order.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days of delivery unless there are exceptional circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our quality standards or comply with our policy.
